Production of wires
Production process involves all operations which guarantee optimum quality of wire products:
- The preparation of appropriate raw material (cast or extruded wire) and cold drawing
- Fine combinations of heat treatment and cold drawing for various mechanical properties. We devote special attention to the production of thin wires, rivets, high-quality welding wire and rods, metalizing wire and brazing filler rod.
- These materials are delivered in carefully designed packages, coiled on plastic spools or adapted to each welding method.
Welding rods are produced with the process of scalping, which guarantees a clean, bright wire and high-quality weld.
